Brighter Side

Carry a little bit of cheer with you where ever you go with this beautiful Brighter Side keychain! Still one of my favorite designs!

We can often get caught up in complaining, negativity and discontentment, but our perspective can change when we focus on thankfulness, God’s love, and the new life He has given us through Jesus Christ. We can see the brighter side when we take a step and see God’s glory around us, in nature and the people He fearfully and wonderfully made!

This week my boys are grounded, and they probably will not be enthusiastic about me exposing them like this. Before the temps rose and the air quality compounds this issue, I insisted that we went outside early. As preteen/teen boys, they were not excited about it, but then we focused on the grasshopper with beautiful wings (much like a moth’s wings) and immediately the attitude changed. My one son spent a good 20-30 minutes happily catching and releasing the grasshoppers.

You see, when you focus on God’s amazingness, it’s hard to have a bad day! This design is a great reminder of that! Available on Zazzle.
