Star of Bethlehem

While I love the Calla Lily design, I fell in love with the Star of Bethlehem flower! It seems so refined. I link it to Gentleness.
Tim Challies explains gentleness wonderfully, saying, “To be gentle is to be tender, humble, and fair, to know what posture and response is fitting for any occasion. It indicates a graciousness, a desire to extend mercy to others, and a desire to yield to both the will of God and the preferences of other people.” Our culture celebrates selfishness. We are told to “do what makes us happy,” and to “be proud of who we are.” Gentleness reminds us that we have a testimony which is to point to Jesus, not ourselves.
“Let your gentleness be known to all people. The Lord is near.” Philippians 4:5
This design is not for sale at this time, but we will see the flower again soon! Hopefully this weekend I can share something I have been working on with everyone! 😉
