Waiting

Waiting and having hope are not always easy to do. In fact, for many it is almost impossible to do both at the same time. Despair often sets in while waiting.

This particular verse is from the Old Testament of the Bible. David was waiting on God’s promises. Based on the verses around this one, David was specifically waiting for God’s forgiveness and redemption for Israel. A Redeemer did come, and forgiveness. We can rest in that truth and in the hope for our future, because despite how long it takes, God keeps His Word, His promises.

This design was inspired by my love of drawing foxes and waiting on Winter. It was fun trying to create the glow effects to emulate the moonlit glow on snow.
