You will find the babe, wrapped in cloth and lying in a manger. Luke 21:2
God keeps His promises, though it may take quite some time. God loves His Creation (including us) even if we don’t understand His methods of showing love.
One of the most impressive acts of His love was sending a babe to sleep in a manger in the stables (downstairs) of a Bethlehem home. We may not understand His method of sending this Savior in such a way, but He did send His Son. And that Son would eventually grow to a man who sacrificed Himself for the sins of the world.
Jesus was not born on Christmas Day or anywhere near that, but we shall celebrate it now anyway! Celebrate God’s love for us by sending this babe!
How can we show God’s love to others today and how can we show God our thanks for His Gift?
